This application is meant to be used as an e-diary for the patients enrolled in the SIP study.
Sip study is a randomized, double blind, multi-centered, placebo controlled study of Simvastatin in the treatment of idiopathic chronic pancreatitis.This e-diary is designed for making the patient’s work easy as well as for the study coordinators to assess the record of patient’s health.The e-diary contains information of the particular patient which records:• Pain score• Hospital admission• Medicine taken for pain• Any other symptomsThe Patients enrolled in the study just need to fill basic information about themselves such as patient ID number, age, gender, contact number and Site location.
